May We Love Like Jesus!

There is so much that I love about Jesus. I love (and am profoundly grateful) that He knew the heart of man fully (John 2:24-25) and yet was willing to die on the cross for us. (But praise God that He is risen!)

I love that He hung out with “sinners”. I love that He had a full conversation with the Samaritan woman who had had five husbands and now had a man who was not her husband. I love that He talked openly with her and that she led her entire town to Jesus as a result! (John 4:7-42)

I love that He healed people even when they were just seeking “signs and wonders”, and that entire families believed in Jesus as a result. (John 4:46-53)

May we be like Jesus. May we love and serve and listen and interact with people regardless of their backgrounds, in Jesus’ name, for God’s glory.
