God is still in control!

I pray more now than I’ve ever prayed in my entire life.

I think part of it is because so much has happened this year that feels out of our control. But praise God that HE is still in control.

“Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to your life?… Consider how the wild flowers grow. They do not labor or spin. Yet I tell you, not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these.”

Would you join me in praying for the children and teachers in your school district this month? So much has been out of their control this year, and they are worn out from an incredibly stressful and unpredictable year. Kids are struggling academically. Teachers and students alike are mentally and emotionally drained. Physical resources are limited, both in the classroom and at home. Let’s lift up our students, teachers, and school staff in prayer!

Join with others from your district to pray for your local schools, or set aside time one Sunday this month to pray with your congregation for your local schools.
